Stéphane Manzo-Silberman est Cardiologue interventionnelle, Hospitalier à l’Institut de Cardiologie de la Pitié-Salpêtrière, Sorbonne Université, Paris, France. Ses recherches abordent en particulier les spécificités des maladies coronariennes et des facteurs de risques cardiovasculaires chez la femme. Elle a dirigé le premier Métaregistre français de l’infarctus du myocarde comparant les delais et prise en charge de plus de 16 000 patients. Elle est le principal investigateur de l’étude WAMIF : la première étude décrivant les caractéristiques des femmes de moins de 50 ans atteintes d’infarctus aigu du myocarde. Impliquée dans la lutte contre la discrimination sexuelle dans les soins aux patients et dans les carrières interventionnelles, elle a participé ou dirigé certains documents de consensus de l’EAPCI. Elle préside le comité de défense des patients de l’EAPCI pour la période 2024-2026.
